Halloween kinda sucked
Last year we had a bunch of overflow kids from the cancelled Harvest Fest on 25th Street, this year we had maybe 15. The great fun from last year got me thinking: is there any interest in getting a good block (or few) going up here like they do on Hanover Avenue?
