The former Richmond Memorial Hospital on Westwood Avenue is one step closer to becoming one of North Richmond’s premier condominium communities. Ginter Place now features a website with floor plans, and the newsletter for the Ginter Park Residents Association says occupancy is slated for this fall:

According to developer Ed Gaskins … while the project is technically a renovation, they have removed everything down to the actual structure. From there they will build it back up with all new and modern construction, including wiring for cable, Internet, new heating and plumbing.
