Four year old hit in the head with a hammer in Mosby Court
Injuries are not serious.
An older brother (12) could be charged with aggravated assault after hitting his four year old brother in the head with a hammer. The incident occurred around 2:00 AM Wednesday morning and was the result of fight between the two siblings. The boys mother was at home and police aren’t expected to file charges. The young boy is expected to be alright after a visit to the hospital. More from CBS6.
