Looks like Chesterfield is giving in and will now be purchasing the remaining acres of the CloverLeaf Site. Total Cost $16.5 million dollars. (Read More RTD).

What do you think?

That area of Midlothian does need some work – We are hoping that the redevelopment that Chesterfield is planning for that area is going to inspire a lot more redevelopment. But do we really need more Townhouses?? Are they working out here?
