Carytown landmark hits the market for just under $3 million
The building is home to C Street Café and Karina’s Salon.

A building that once housed Calvary Baptist Church and has since been subdivided has been put up for sale.
The structure, known as “The 3325” (a reference to its address of 3325 West Cary Street) has been put on the market by listing agent One South Realty. The asking price? $2,900,000. The 15,000-square-foot building is home to C Street Café and Karina’s Salon, with vacant space available on all three floors.
The listing also notes that the space currently used as an outdoor beer garden to the left of the building is also available for construction, noting its significance as “one of the last buildable lots in Carytown.”
