What does your start-up business do?

Boho Cycle Studio is a fitness studio dedicated to indoor cycling (commonly known as Spinning). It will be a place where people can burn calories, make friends, and have a great time.

How did your venture start?

The idea for Boho Cycle Studio came about after a few glasses of wine on our porch. We talked about two ideas that night, one was becoming a roller skating duo with the circus and the other an indoor cycling studio. We decided to pursue the latter. We have traveled up and down the East Coast and taken hundreds of classes at gyms and other dedicated studios and want to offer Richmonders an exciting fitness alternative.

How will you use the $10,000 cash prize to help your start-up?

We will use the $10,000 prize to buy sweet bikes, a killer sound system, and other not-so-exciting things like lockers and benches. We will also use this platform to spread the message of health and active lifestyles!
