Emmanuel eventually topped out at 4’3” and graduated Clark Atlanta University in 1997.

Today, Richmond Police announced the arrest of two men in connection with the double homicide on Bruce Street two weeks ago. Gregory Reavis, 19, of the 1700 block of Rosecrest Avenue, was arrested today and charged with conspiracy to commit murder in the deaths of Nathaniel Mayo, 52, and Willie H. Mayo, 55.

It was also announced that Emmanuel Lewis Taylor, 23, of the 1700 block of Rosecrest Avenue, was arrested Thursday. He is also charged with conspiracy to commit murder in connection with the Mayo brothers’ deaths.

Yep, you read that right. At some point back in 1985, a mother somewhere on southside thought that little boy on TV was so damned cute that she’d name her son after him. We should’ve seen this one coming. Not so cute any more, is he?
