Richmond Balance is looking for 10 participants for RB BOOTCAMP:

This is an intense 8-week program with outdoor classes held every morning at 5:45am Monday- Friday. The classes will last 60 minutes and are geared toward individuals who are looking to get more out of their normal fitness regimes. Expect a combination of plyometrics, intense cardio, sports training, strength exercises, and endurance training. Be prepared as this class will test you physical limits and capabilities!
