I found a brindle female puppy, about 23 pounds, with a brown collar and no tags running down 28th St right by the Hill Cafe. She came over to see my dogs. I took her to the Church Hill Vet to see if she has a microchip, and she does not. I took her home and will hang on to her for a little while before trying to find her a new home or turning her over to Animal Control.
