City Councilmember Chris Hilbert resumes his monthly meetings with residents of the Third District this Wednesday, January 28, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Richmond Police Academy at 1202 West Graham Street (behind Virginia Union University).
On the agenda for the meeting are a legislative update from Delegate Jennifer McClellan, a presentation on real estate assessments and an update from the police department’s 4th Precinct.
