The American Cancer Society Relay for Life presents “Celebration of Life”. This is the 25th year of bringing communities together under the stars. The walk begins at 6pm at A. J. White Field on the campus of Petersburg High School.
Hosted by Mr. Terry Sisisky, Mr. William Bland, III and Mr. Derrick Booker, the event will honor Ms. Rachel Simmons, Ms. Lillian Scott and Mr. James Gregory. Other Special Guests and City Officials will again be in attendance.
Entertainment and activities will be featured to include Petersburg Parks and Recreation Kids Zone, Music Technician, Mr. Nathan Moore and a line-up of stars such as Greater Faith AMEZ Praise Dancers, First Baptist Praise Dancers of Disputanta, Heritage Chapel Step Team, Bethesda Step Team, Sons of Worship (Mims), Latrell Sprately, Beazley Bullets, Drumline, Tri-City Kickers, Divine Favor and the St. Paul Bomb Squad.
