Poe Birthday Bash overs 12 hours of Poe fun

Everyone’s favorite depressed dead poet is having a Birthday Bash. Join the Poe Museum (1914-16 E Main Street) for the Poe Birthday Bash on January 16th starting at noon.

There are twelve hours of performances, live music, tours, exhibits, fun, and games for the whole family. Highlights include: Walking Tour of Shockoe Bottom with Poe’s Mother, eating of birthday cake, and Curator’s Corner featuring little known oddities and rarities from the collection taken out of the vault just for this event.
