The mayor’s website has posted details on summer programming at Battery Park in North Richmond:

  • There will be a nine-week summer camp at the Stone House at Battery Park from June 23 through August 22. The camp will run from 7:30 am until 5:00 pm daily, and is open to youth ages 6 through 12. There is a cost of $180 and a $10 registration fee, which includes trips, activities and daily breakfast and lunch. Scholarships are available.   • The pool at Battery Park will be open for swimming from June 13 through September 11. Weekday hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm (open swim) and 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm (family/adult swim). Weekend hours are 12 noon until 5:00 pm on Saturday, and 1:00 until 5:00 pm on Sunday.
