  • Fried frog legs — Spring slaw, BBQ sauce, and house ranch
  • Short rib or fish taco — Your choice with cabbage, salsa fresca, and white sauce
  • Stuffed portabella mushroom — Haas Farm mushroom, lamb, goat and feta cheese, and tzatziki sauce
  • Summer rolls — Green papaya, mushroom, cabbage, carrots, and sweet chili sauce

Course two

Choose one

  • Braised pork shoulder — Black beans, grilled tomatoes, and mole sauce
  • Seasonal fish — Ricotta gnocchi, sundried tomato pesto, and grilled broccolini
  • Chimichurri marinated flank steak — Roasted fingerling potatoes, onion rings, and asparagus
  • Pan-seared chicken breast — Celery root puree, baby carrots, and goat cheese
