Capital! Style, November

Capital! Style: Mighty fine folks

Last weekend’s Richmond Folk Festival brought out thousands of locals to delight in three days of picture perfect autumn weather. Lazy afternoons faded into lazy evenings, and of course the Richmond stylish were well represented at the festival.
