  • Roasted Tomato Bisque with black forest ham and gruyere grilled cheese

  • Braised Pork Belly with seared Napa cabbage, cider jus, chicharones

  • Fried chicken hind-quarter with buttermilk & chive mashed potatoes, collard greens, black pepper gravy
