Favorites: Burger Bach’s Oysters Rockefeller


Burger Bach is rightly known for its beef, but they also serve quite the variety of shellfish–cooked or otherwise. This includes their take on the classic Oysters Rockefeller. Four plump oysters on the half shell, resting on a bed of fries, are roasted under a cover of cream, garlic, breadcrumbs, Pernod, and parmesan. Spinach may deviate from the original recipe, but it provides balance to the rest of the rich, salty topping.
