Second course

Dish: Arancini (Risotto Fritters)
Beer: Avery Ellies Brown Ale

Third course

Dish: Roasted Chestnut Soup
Beer: Straffe Hendrik Bruges Tripel

Fourth course

Dish: Seitan Au Poivre with sauteed Oyster Mushrooms over Homemade Spinach Pappardelle Pasta
Beer: Speakeasy Untouchable Pale Ale

Fifth course

Dish: Cashew Crusted Mocha Torte with Honey Pear Ginger Ice cream
Beer: Stone Imperial Stout.

  3. How would I find out if the food’s safe for someone with food allergies? (in this case, cilantro)
