The Viceroy will take over Cafe Diem, Proper Pie Co. nears its grand opening in Church Hill, and a new upscale Mexican restaurant comes to the Canal Walk.
Last week it was Mulligan’s in the Fan, now Cafe Diem has had its doors shuttered by a property manager. But even with one less restaurant in town, there are 34 others gearing up for Monday’s start to Restaurant Week.
