James River park manager Ralph White made an appearance on ‘The View’ Tuesday morning to talk up the Richmond Earth Day Festival and warn people to stay out of the James until the water levels come down.
White is expected to put on his annual Fish Festival at the Earth Day event Saturday. This will take place next to the James River and Manchester Flood Wall, kids and families can enjoy fishing along the River, fish releases, fly-casting workshops, oriental fish printing & hat making, water test demonstrations, face painting & caricatures.
