Mayor Jones is launching the Mayor’s Participation and Communication Corps (MPACC) in the city’s 1st Precinct Wed. Sept.22, at 6:30PM at Woodville Elementary School (2000 North 28th Street):

MPACC will provide a structured mechanism for the proactive, reciprocal exchange of information between residents and city administration. The goal is to provide improved service delivery to residents of the city.

MPACC is organized around the four Richmond Police Department precincts. Additional MPACC launch meetings for the 3rd and 4th precincts are being scheduled for the next two weeks. The public is strongly encouraged to attend a MPACC meeting to learn how they can get involved, voice their concerns and strengthen the relationships between neighborhoods, civic associations, city government, businesses and non-profit organizations.
