Membership Vote
“Text Only” amendment to Special Use Permit (SUP) for 623 N. 25th St (former Que Pasa). An amendment has been requested to grant a waiver of off-street parking in perpetuity; operating hours are limited to 12AM M-Th and 2AM F-Sat. The Zoning Committee recommended approval, 6-1 and the Board unanimously approved the Zoning Committee recommendation.
