The corner of Clay and 3rd just got a whole lot sweeter. Jamyce Vinson recently opened her bakery, Sweetopia, at 221 East Clay Street. Accountant turned baker, Vinson has been selling baked goods at farmers markets since 2008. She plans to sell coffee, pastries, cakes, breads and will also include vegan and gluten free goods.
