VCU closures
Trees and winds can be mean.
Severe weather has impacted the VCU community.
Four VCU Health clinics have no power and will be closed today. The clinics are:
- VCU Health at Mayland Court, at 3470 Mayland Ct, Henrico
- VCU Health at Ridgefield Parkway, 2200 Pump Rd, Richmond
- VCU Health Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, 7301 Forest Ave #100, Richmond
Center for Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism, Pembrooke Office Park, 2305 N Parham, Richmond- VCU Health is contacting patients and will relocate them to different facilities if possible. Staff in those clinics are expected to work and should contact their manager for location information.
Also, elevators in the D Deck parking facility on the MCV Campus are down until further notice.
The Cary Street Gym will be closed until noon. This is subject to change. The Cary Street Gym is asking patrons to call 804.827.1100 or check its website for updates. MCV Campus Recreation and Aquatic Center is open.
