Red Salon Organics Charity Cut-A-Thon to help Savanna

A chance to help a local girl and her fight against leukemia.

Red Salon Organics (201 N. Robinson Street) is hosting a Charity Cut-A-Thon this Sunday, August 24th.  Washes and cuts are on a first come first serve basis with a $20.00 suggested donation. Not only is it the chance to get a cheap cut there will be cotton candy, moon bounce, and more.

Donations will benefit Savanna Anchell, an 8 year old client of the salon, who was diagnosed with leukemia at the beginning of the year. Her brother was found to be a 100% match for her bone marrow transplant and they hope to be able to perform the operation in the next 3 months. As you can imagine hospital bills are piling up.

If you want to make a donation but can’t swing by the salon, you can donate online. The previous link will also let you keep track of progress and read updates from the family. Currently the family has raised $17,128 out of $25,000.
