Imagine a park that spans the white water of the James River. Richmond’s very own BridgePark Foundation is working towards bringing this idea to life — dramatically increasing access to the James while addressing some of our downtown’s most challenging gaps in connectivity between city and river levels.

To launch the BridgePark Pop-Up, Storefront for Community Design invites you to feast your eyes on a beautiful 14-foot model that shows the evolution of the BridgePark concept throughout the month of June. On opening night, hear remarks from:

Ted Elmore, President, BridgePark Foundation

Peter Culley, Architect, Founder, Spatial Affairs

Andrea Almond, Landscape Architect, 3North

Opening at 6pm.

Remarks at 7pm.

This is part of the Neighbors conference which is taking place June 25th – 27th, and feature five fantastic keynotes, 53 breakout speakers (12 of them local), at nine venues throughout the Arts & Cultural District.
