TIP! You can get an everything milkshake at Cook-Out

It’s like an everything bagel, but with a milkshake and candy and cookies and chocolate and stuff.

This may be my best TIP!, which does not bode well for the rest of this series, but I still think it’s important to share with you: Cook-Out will put anything that’s on their menu1 into a great and incredibly cheap milkshake.

Chocolate, peanut butter, and banana? Sure. Cherry, blueberry, and strawberry? Why not! Hi-C Punch, cappuccino, and M&M’S? Gross, but OK. One time I asked the person working what would happen if I asked them to put everything in there. She replied, “Well, there wouldn’t be much room for ice cream.”

…!

Facts you need to know:

  • There are a billion different things you could put in your milkshake. Take a second to familiarize yourself with the options before you hit the drive through–otherwise you run the risk of getting stage fright and ordering something dumb like “mint chocolate chip.”
  • Sometimes you have to discover what the ingredients are called on their point of sale system. Like, if you want cookies you need to say “wafers”.
  • Try whatever combinations you like, but nothing will ever top a “chocolate milkshake with peanut butter, bananas, and wafers.”

  1. From, like, the milkshake portion of their menu. I don’t think they’d put a Bacon Wrap in there, but can’t hurt to ask.

Try the mocha oreo for a great combo! Also the watermelon milkshake is a little weird but it is refreshing on a hot day!
