Pasture hosts Case for Hope kick-off party
Bring a new or slightly used piece of luggage and enjoy happy hour prices this Thursday at Pasture.
Pasture will host a kick-off party this Thursday from 5:00 – 7:00 PM that will feature happy hour specials and a raffle drawing to launch its Case for Hope luggage drive, benefitting local foster children.
Michelle Jones, co-owner and manager of Pasture, read an article about how foster children often use a garbage bag to carry their possessions when they travel from home to home. She created Case for Hope to help local children in need of proper luggage.
At Thursday’s Case for Hope kick-off, attendees are encouraged to bring new or gently used duffle bags, suitcases, carry-ons, etc. to be distributed to area foster children. There will be additional Case for Hope events in the future.
Pasture is located at 416 E. Grace Street.
