  • 6oz sirloin sliced on a bias and finished with a Maderia demi-glace. Served with duchesse potatoes and sauteed baby carrots.
  • Pan seared South American sea bass, tequila-lime marinated. Served with arroz huerfano & fried tostones.
  • Seafood Cassoulette with sauteed baby shrimp, bay scallops, crab meat, and tilapia in a lobster cream sauce. Baked with panko bread crumbs and served with asparagus and a toasted baguette.
  • Chicken Milano: grilled 6oz chicken breast with garlic, sundried tomatoes & basil. Served with fettuccini and broccoli.
