• Beef Consommé
• Eggplant Napoleon: lightly breaded and fried eggplant layered with fresh mozzarella and marinara drizzled with pesto

Course Two (Choose One):

• Homemade seafood ravioli filled with shrimp, scallops, rockfish, and lobster tossed in a saffron tomato butter sauce
• Seared pork tenderloin medallions topped with a mustard bourbon glaze over sweet potato gratin and vegetable

Course Three (Choose One):

• Individual devil’s food cake, layered with cream filling and topped with chocolate ganache
• Apple tarte tatin a la mode: sweet and tart apple filling in a patprisee crust with aside of vanilla ice cream
