Man arrested for unlawfully filming woman at Short Pump Barnes & Noble

41-year-old Brandon Christopher Gover has a previous conviction for the same offense.

From WTVR:

A Stafford man is facing charges over what a customer said she observed the man doing to a woman in the Short Pump Barnes and Noble last month.

The woman quickly notified management on June 8 after she said the suspect placed his cellphone on the floor and started filming up a woman’s skirt.

Those workers followed the man through the store, but by the time police arrived, he had fled.  However, workers did get the man’s license plate number and provided police with a description of the suspect.
