  • Salmon croquettes — Crispy salmon cakes with horseradish dill sauce and fresh greens
  • Caesar salad — With white truffle oil
  • Romaine, garlic herb croutons and Asiago shavings
  • Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms — With sautéed garlic spinach, feta, and mozzarella cheese

Course two

Choose one

  • New York Strip — 12 oz. certified Black angus NY strip, finished with garlic herb butter and served with asiago whipped potatoes and wilted arugula
  • “Surf & Turf” Pasta — Italian lamb sausage and marinated jumbo shrimp, sautéed in a fire roasted red pepper cream sauce over penne pasta with grated parmesan
  • Crab Cakes — Lump crab, lightly breaded, served with a rustic arugula caprese salad, lemon dill crème fraiche, and focaccia
  • Pan Seared Duck Breast — With a caramelized onion-marsala reduction, zucchini fritters, and garlic mashed potatoes

Course three

Choose one

  • Deconstructed brownie sundae — Dark chocolate brownie, vanilla bean ice cream, and a salted-caramel bourbon sauce
  • New York Style Cheesecake — With a fresh mango coulis
  • Classic Crème Brulee — Vanilla bean custard, caramelized brown sugar crust
