Dominion Virginia Power Update for Uptown and Fan Neighborhoods:
“Dominion is installing fault indicators in manholes and installing a power monitor at West Substation. If the circuit locks out again (no customers will be impacted by an outage because we moved them to a different circuit) the fault magnitude data from the monitor coupled with intelligence from the fault indicators in the manholes will allow us to identify the fault location. All work on this effort should be complete by the end of the day.”
