I pass this first generation Chevrolet Corvair 900 all the time, except usually it’s under a cover. I have on several occasions resisted the urge to just peek under the cover as I was heading to my buddy’s office the other day, I saw it. And, man am I glad.

The 900 indicates that it was made no earlier than 1960 and this generation was only in production until 1964. The Monza designation indicates that this has a 95hp engine, which would be a big deal in a “poor man’s Porsche.”
