Postbellum applying for ABC on/off & keg permit license

Postbellum, the new restaurant going into the old Mulligan’s spot, applied for a Wine & Beer on/off/Keg Permit/Mixed Beverage ABC license on May 16, 2013. Postbellum will be owner Ron Morse’s third restaurant (he also owns Baja Bean Company and Station 2).
