Amour Wine Bistro will be at the Carytown Craft Beer Festival on Sunday, April 14th serving delicious, dishes made with beer to enjoy while you sample local beer crafters.
Chef Rob Hamlin’s menu will include cheddar beer soup, crêpes filled with pork cheek braised in dark beer with arugula and potato and fennel, bratwurst served on a potato roll topped with onion and sauerkraut and a beer caramel crêpe for dessert. The festival will be located in the Cary Court parking lot. Purchase your tickets for $15 in advance at Amour Wine Bistro or online at the event website.
