Chesterfield County implements mandatory water restrictions

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA—Due to severe drought conditions, the Chesterfield County Board of Supervisors approved a declaration of mandatory water-use restrictions at their Oct. 10 meeting. These restrictions will take effect on Monday, Oct. 15.
