William Graeter v. Gumbo’s Creole Café, L.C. d/b/a Sticky Rice
Plaintiff resides approximately 40 yards from restaurant at 2232 W. Main St. and says defendant operates a speaker system that routinely produces sound and bass vibrations at levels audible inside his home, even with all doors and windows of both properties shut. Plaintiff asks that the court enjoin defendant from causing and/or maintaining the level of sound/vibrations emitted, among other relief.
