A huge fire was reported and extinguished by city firefighters on Friday 11/2 @approx 2am in the alley between the 2300 block of Monument and Park. evidently, a bag of leaves was shoved under a parked car and ignited. the car was totally consumed and damage was also done to another car parked nearby.
security cameras in the alley caught the 2 suspects on film, as 2 white males in their 20’s. richmond city detectives have this crime under investigation.
