Baliles certified as winner in 1st District contest, recount expected

A message sent this evening from the Jon Baliles campaign says that Baliles is still ahead in the 1st District City Council race, though a recount is expected:
34 provisional ballots total.
11 were accepted.
5 voted for Bruce.
3 voted for me.
3 had no choice on Council race.Final spread is 22 votes!
It is now certified and a recount will be requested (and hopefully be conducted) sometime this week, but are confident these numbers will hold!!
