ENTRY/REGISTRATION FEE FOR CANOES AND KAYAKS:
Pre-Registered:
$25.00 per person – 18 & over
$10.00 per person -€“ Under 18

Day of Event Registered:
$35.00 per person – 18 & over
$15.00 per person – Under 18

The Race will be a 16K (approximately 9 miles from Petersburg to the Hopewell Marina).
Lunch will be served and trophies will be presented at the Hopewell site.

Those wishing to enter the open (leisurely paddle) will have two opportunities for take out:
1. Approximately one (2) mile to the Colonial Heights Landing and return to start
2. Approximately nine (9) miles to Hopewell marina

Upon completing the open paddle, paddlers should proceed to the Hopewell Marina for lunch and the award presentations.

Friday Night Reception: 6:00 – 7:00pm

Friday Night in Old Town Dance Sponsored by the Petersburg Foundation and BI Chemicals
(must be 18 or older): 7:00 -€“ 9:00pm

Saturday Lunch in Hopewell: 12:00 – 2:00pm

There will also be a limited number of camp sites located in the Olde Harbor Area of Petersburg. These sites will be offered on a first-come first-served basis. Port-a-Johns and a portable shower will be available.

Also, the 9th Annual Petersburg Nostalgiafest will take place on Saturday so there will be plenty of activity for adults and kids not participating in the race or paddle.
