Monroe drama continues

The TD is reporting that VCU made 37 exceptions for Chief Rodney Monroe in awarding him his Bachelor’s degree last year. 37. 3 tens and 7 ones. I’m no higher educator, but that seems a bit excessive. Thoughts?
