Your whole family will have a great time listening to the live music and watching the dazzling fireworks display from the edge of the James River. And both the event and the parking are free. So pack some food, bring a blanket or a few chairs, and enjoy a spectacular welcome to summer from the city’s coolest new riverfront community.
