The Fan Woman’s Club presents the 2012 KITCHEN & GARDEN TOUR “Spring Splendor” of 10 Fan area gardens and kitchens on Sunday, May 6th from 1-6PM. Rain or Shine!

The Fan Woman’s Club 2012 Kitchen & Garden Tour is proud to offer a stunning and splendid selection of homes and gardens.  Each house is very personal, filled with unique collections of artwork, history or whimsy. Beautiful and functional, traditional and modern, all of these homes offer comfortable spaces in which to relax, entertain and live. A delightful blend of old and new, these houses reflect the allure of Fan living.

The annual Kitchen & Garden Tour is the FWC’s primary fundraiser.  All proceeds are retuned to the Fan District in the form of donations to local community organizations such as the READ Center, Science Museum of Virginia, Art 180, the Fan Free Clinic and the Visual Arts Center.  The FWC has also funded neighborhood improvement projects such as continued maintenance of local parks, purchase of attractive park benches and trashcans for placement in the neighborhood.
