Work on the 5-story Grace Street North Apartments on the 800 block of Grace Street is slated to begin this month, with a target completion date of July 2013.
Construction on the Grace Street South apartments on the other side of the street are well underway and may meet the original completion goal of July 2012. When finished, the 5-story building will house more than 450 students.
