A young man charged with driving under the influence and flipping his car on Church Road late Thursday night was denied bond by a Henrico judge today. 20 year old Michael Benham crashed his car and injured six people who were crammed into his SUV.
The crash happened just before 10:00 p.m. at the intersection of Church Road and Sterlingwood Terrace, near Pump Road.
Benham will return to court and face a judge again on September 7th.
