A young male yorkshire terrier, brown in color, was taken from 3116 Q Street this morning. He had a brown collar on with a faded navy blue leash. He answers to “Wink.” He had tags on but my neighbor did not remember what they said. The dog was in the side yard area this morning using the bathroom and was tethered with a leash. He was taken from the home. He belongs to my elderly neighbor, Clara, and she is desperate to have him back.
