There was an informational meeting held last week to discuss proposed improvements to the intersection of Hermitage Road and West Laburnum Avenue — at the A.P. Hill statue. The City of Richmond is proposing to change the intersection from signals to a modern two-lane roundabout (similar to the one at the Lee statue on Monument Avenue).
