Where: Presquile N.W.R near Hopewell, VA; From Rt. 10 west of Hopewell, turn north at Allied Rd., continue straight onto Bermuda Hundred Rd., and continue to a left turn through a gate and take the gravel drive to the river landing. (From Richmond, use I-95 S and exit 61A to reach Rt. 10 E, then go 6.6 miles to a left turn at Allied Rd., then follow directions above)
When: Saturday, May 14 and Sunday, May 15, 2011 (Come for one or both days). Arrive at 9 AM and Leave at 4 PM. (Lunch Provided!)
What to Bring: Wear clothes for the weather and for mud, shoes for walking two miles, rubber boots, a water bottle, work gloves, and any medications you may need. Also feel free to bring your own eye and ear protection and your own hand tools.
