The guy on the far left in this picture (green plaid shirt) had a dog with him on the zombie walk. The dog bit my 9 year old daughter. After she was bitten, he had one of the girls with him immediately take the dog home and by the time I got out to look for him he was gone. My daughter was out with her older sisters and they were not able to keep up with him and also tend to the 9 year old. Besides the fact that he is very irresponsible, I would like to know if the dog is current on it’s vaccinations.
